On all services rendered, we guarantee 7 days of satisfaction. Should you not be happy with the deliverables, kindly contact us within this time to address any issues.
Services Rendered
Assessment & Testing Services: Refunds for completed and delivered assessment reports are not offered once the findings have been handed over, but we provide clarification and follow-up support within the parameters of your service agreement.
Monitoring Services: Should you cancel monitoring mid-term, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, less any incident response work already performed.
Additional Services (À La Carte): Tell us within 7 days if a single delivered check does not satisfy your requirements as stated in the order. We will try to revise the item or provide a partial refund depending on the effort done.
Demand for a Refund
You have to let us know in writing at contact@digitalthreatpoint.com within the designated period asking for a refund. Please provide your name, order number, and a statement of the problem.
Approved reimbursements will be handled within 7 business days following approval. Refunds will be granted from the original purchase payment method.
Exceptions
Services that the customer has completely purchased and approved will not be eligible for refunds.
Unless stated in a signed agreement, deposits for continuing projects are not refundable.

Delays brought on by insufficient authorization or information could compromise delivery schedules.
Terms of Payment
Payment comes due upon contract or proposal acceptance. We take card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Late payments might cost extra.
Project Deliverability
Timeline: Agreed upon projected completion times for the engagement will be given. We are not liable for delays brought on by circumstances outside of our control even as we work toward deadlines.
Revisions and Approvals
Up to 5 clarifications or follow-up questions per engagement are part of our services. Before the engagement is regarded as finished, final report approval has to be sent in writing.
